This course will introduce regression analysis in EViews, focussing on syntax and estimation, and also showing how to conduct mis-specification analysis in EViews. The material will be illustrated with a classical example from macroeconomics, using the consumption function, and it will give a sound introduction to the applied user on how to build and improve a model. In the session we will cover:
